My client is a well-established nursing home with a proven record of success. The home Provides outstanding care to elderly suffering from Mental health /Dementia / and general care. Currently recruiting for a dedicated Dignity manager to work within a beautiful nursing home in Sutton-In-The-Elms .
The Home Provides variety of quality care, including 24-hour residential care, Dementia care and additional support for those with more complex needs such as Mental Health condition

You will be putting together treatment plans and overseeing a team of care assistants. The successful Dignity manager will have excellent clinical leadership skills. The role will offer days shifts, with flexible shift patterns available, paying GBP25,000 per annum .

- To champion high quality care provision, meeting CQC requirements, ensuring service users are treated with respect and dignity and lead fulfilling lives be the champion
Staff Nurse Requirements
- Hold a relevant nursing qualification
- Hold NVG level 3
- Have satisfactory references
- Have the right to work in the UK
