Hospital Manager required for brand-new hospital based in Norwich to lead a team of Clinical and Non-Clinical staff to provide exemplary clinical care to patients whilst also ensuring the smooth running of the hospital in all departments.

The Role:
You will be responsible for the day to day management. You will work with and be supported by your local Area Manager and by the board, specifically the Chief Operational Officer to oversee the hospital and ensure it is CQC compliant.
You will act as a mentor to your team members, ensuring colleagues and new members of staff are provided with the support to succeed

· 5 to 8 years extensive clinical experience (desirable)
