Hospital Manager - Registered Nurse / ODP

Salary: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 pa

Hospital Manager required for brand new private hospital due to open in Slough.

They are the largest provider of community ophthalmology services in the UK, delivering over 150,000 outpatient appointments per year. Working across the community and secondary care setting, within their own cataract and surgical center's and community based location such as GP practice and Optometrists.

As the Hospital Manager you will lead the whole Hospital Team in the safe, effective, efficient delivery of clinical care.

Your key responsibilities will focus on patient centric care, participating in the entire pathway for patients from pre-admission, surgery and post-operative management.

The role will ensure safe delivery of services and smooth running of the Hospital. Leading on both the clinical governance and CQC compliance within the Hospital

You will provide into the Quality and Performance department, and the Clinical Effectives Group (CEG), to drive clinical effectiveness across the organisation.

You will ensure all clinical and non-clinical staff are appropriately recruited, trained and managed including mandatory training, training, performance and quality.

Requirements:

3 years post training (registered nurse / ODP)

Evidence of strong leadership

Monitoring the performance of the service and ensuring that it is of high quality Experience of managing complex problems

Recruitment of staff

Healthcare management qualification

Evidence of continuous personal and professional development
