Superb and efficient
I've been working with MSI for quite a while now. My consultant has been so supportive and ensures I get enough shifts. She has excellent communication skills, and is great at listening and sorting out any highlighted issues that needed to be dealt with. I am happy to recommend MSI to people as the organisation is superb and efficient. Even the office staff and the reception are great.

Proactive and approachable
This is my first agency role. My consultant has been very proactive and approachable during the recruitment process. Communication is very important to me; he has kept me up to date at every stage and answered any queries that I have had. Speedy and amazing journey
What a speedy and amazing journey! Couldn't have asked for better support - all the help that I needed every step of the way. I'm normally terrible at interviews but my consultant was really encouraging and pointed me in the right direction at every possible pitfall. Have now secured an excellent job that I really wanted. My first contact with MSI was 3 weeks ago, I've secured early release from my current post and I'm all ready to start my new job next week!

MSI are the most efficient organisation I have ever worked for. My reference was due to run out in the new year and my compliance officer was amazing. He contacted me and told me what I needed to do and was supportive and followed through until I was all up to date 4 weeks before it expired. His efficiency and support was just what I needed.
