You will deliver a wide range of nursing services to patients living in the Brighton area. The role requires strong assessment skills and confidence working independently.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care in the community

• Wound care, medications, injections, observations

• Assess needs and create personalised care plans

• Collaborate with GPs and wider teams

• Complete accurate clinical documentation

• Support patients with long-term condition management

Requirements:

• Valid NMC registration

• Demonstrable community nursing experience

• Strong clinical and decision-making skills

• Ability to manage caseload independently

• Right to work in the UK
