As a Community Nurse, you will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to patients in their own homes or community settings. You will work independently, managing your own caseload while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.

Travel between patient visits as required
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (NMC registered)
Proven community nursing experience (essential)
Access to your own vehicle (essential)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
