An opportunity is available for experienced Nurses to support services across Surrey in a variety of settings including community, ward, and rapid response teams. This role is suited to nurses who are confident working in different clinical environments and who are looking to pick up flexible ad hoc day shifts.
Shifts are available Monday to Sunday, allowing flexibility around existing commitments while maintaining consistent clinical work.

Responsibilities
• Deliver high quality nursing care across community, ward, and rapid response environments
• Conduct patient assessments and provide ongoing care and treatment
• Administer medications in line with local and national guidelines
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
• Ensure care is delivered in line with clinical governance and safety standards
Requirements
• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration
• Previous experience in community, ward, or rapid response nursing preferred
• Strong assessment and clinical decision making skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Full right to work in the UK
