MSI Recruitment is recruiting for a Blood Science laboratory in Swansea. The NHS Trust is looking for an experienced Haematology and Blood Transfusion Healthcare Scientist to join its expanding, busy laboratory. This NHS Trust is highly regarded as a specialist hospital within the NHS.
Beneficial experience for the role:
- Routine histopathology laboratory duties, including slide filing and sample reception, Band 3 or 4
- Microtomy sectioning, including mega blocks, singles and cores
- Embedding samples
- H and E staining, ideally with experience using Leica Spectra
- HCPC registration for BMS role
- Right to work in the UK
What the Trust offers:
- Ongoing locum contract
- £20 to £26 per hour for BMS
- £11 to £16 per hour for Band 3 or 4
