Key role and responsibilities-
Recording of patient's vital signs and medical information
Monitoring patients, record and reporting any symptoms of change.
Performing routine procedures such as administering non- intravenous medications, taking blood pressures, and completing charts
Administration of medications, monitoring them for potential reactions or side effects and reporting to the physician
Creating and maintaining accurate, comprehensive healthcare records and reports of patients
Working alongside Physicians and other healthcare professionals to create personalised treatment plans for patients.
Minimum requirements-
NMC registered.
Have at least 6 months NHS experience
Valid DBS certificate
Valid Right to work.
