Call Centre Manager required for one of the UK's largest provider of plastic surgery and cosmetic treatments based in Manchester.

Role:

To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the call centre to the highest professional standard by maintaining and delivering superior customer service and aftercare. The call centre is the first stop in every client's experience so by welcoming those with a warm tone, serving them with efficiency and having a friendly compassionate attitude you will be setting a positive tone for the rest of their experiences within the clinic.

As the Call Centre Manager, you will be ultimately responsible for the recruitment, training and motivation of the Call Centre Agents. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of training plans, including ongoing training throughout the department with the primary focus on patient care and customer service. The Call Centre Manager is the nominated communicator between our agents and our external clinics and must develop an effective relationship with regular, transparent direction based on the needs of the business and our clinicians.

Skill / Experience Required

  • Experience of working in a high-level customer service setting.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Demonstrate an interest to learn more about the industry.
  • Must have at least 5 years call centre management experience.
  • Strong focus on service and care.
  • Able to deliver and create training.
  • Good IT skills.
