MSI Recruitment is seeking experienced Community Nurses to support services in Beckenham through flexible ad hoc shifts. This role involves providing nursing care within community settings, including patient homes and local healthcare facilities. Community Nurses play a key role in supporting patients with ongoing healthcare needs outside of hospital environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering safe and effective patient care while working independently within community environments. The role may involve supporting patients with long term conditions, wound care, medication administration, and general health monitoring.

08:15 – 16:45
Key Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care within community settings and patient homes
• Carry out clinical assessments and basic treatments
• Administer medication and monitor patient wellbeing
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams where required
Requirements
• NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience working in community nursing
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
