Community Nurses work directly with patients within community environments, delivering clinical care and supporting patients with ongoing healthcare needs outside of hospital settings. The role involves managing caseloads of patients requiring regular monitoring, treatment, and support within their homes.

08:00 – 16:30
Key Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care within community settings
• Conduct clinical assessments and treatments
• Administer medication and monitor patient progress
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Liaise with healthcare professionals to coordinate care
Requirements
• NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous community nursing experience
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
