• Utilising your recognised Core Mental Health Professional Qualification (e.g., RMN/Dip SW/OT) to provide comprehensive support and interventions.
• Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of mental health problems and current mental health legislation/policy.
• Employing a recovery-focused approach to empower individuals on their journey towards wellness.
• Assessing and delivering evidence-based interventions within a time-limited framework.
• Advocating for diversity and anti-discriminatory and anti-oppressive practice.

Requirements:

• Recognised Core Mental Health Professional Qualification (e.g., RMN/Dip SW/OT).
• In-depth knowledge of mental health problems and related issues.
• Detailed understanding of the impact of risk and protective factors on individuals with mental health problems.
• Familiarity with medication prescribed for managing mental health issues.
• Experience in post-qualification clinical work with service users experiencing a range of mental health problems.
• Evidence of delivering evidence-based interventions and conducting assessments across a broad range of mental health problems.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development.
