Key Role and Responsibilities:
- Record patients' vital signs and medical information with precision.
- Diligently monitor patients, promptly noting and reporting any changes in symptoms.
- Perform routine procedures, including administering non-intravenous medications, taking blood pressures, and maintaining accurate patient charts.
- Administer medications with careful monitoring for potential reactions or side effects, promptly reporting to physicians.
- Collaborate with Physicians and other healthcare professionals to create personalised treatment plans for patients.
- Create and maintain comprehensive healthcare records and reports.
Minimum Requirements:
- NMC registered.
- Minimum of 6 months NHS experience.
- Possess a valid DBS certificate.
- Hold a valid Right to Work in the UK.
