Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately record patient's vital signs and medical information.
- Diligently monitor patients, promptly reporting any changes in symptoms.
- Perform routine procedures, including administering non-intravenous medications, taking blood pressures, and maintaining precise patient charts.
- Administer medications, closely monitoring for potential reactions or side effects and promptly reporting to physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop personalised treatment plans for patients.
- Create and maintain comprehensive healthcare records and reports.
Minimum Requirements:
- NMC registered.
- Minimum of 6 months NHS experience.
- Valid DBS certificate.
- Valid Right to Work in the UK.
