Key Responsibilities for RGNs:
- Record patient's vital signs and medical information with precision.
- Diligently monitor patients, noting and reporting any changes in symptoms.
- Perform routine procedures, including administering non-intravenous medications, taking blood pressures, and maintaining accurate patient charts.
- Administer medications with careful monitoring for potential reactions or side effects, promptly reporting to physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create personalised treatment plans for patients.
- Maintain comprehensive healthcare records and reports.
Minimum Requirements for RGNs:
- NMC registered.
- Minimum of 6 months of NHS experience.
- Possession of a valid DBS certificate.
- Valid Right to Work in the UK.
