Key Roles and Responsibilities for RGNs:

• Record patients' vital signs and medical information with precision.
• Monitor patients, diligently noting and reporting any changes in symptoms.
• Perform routine procedures, including administering non-intravenous medications, taking blood pressures, and maintaining accurate patient charts.
• Administer medications, carefully monitoring for potential reactions or side effects, and promptly reporting to physicians.
• Collaborate with Physicians and other healthcare professionals to create personalised treatment plans for patients.
• Create and maintain comprehensive healthcare records and reports.

Minimum Requirements for RGN Role:

• NMC registered.
• Have a minimum of 6 months of NHS experience.
• Possess a valid DBS certificate.
• Hold a valid Right to Work in the UK.
