Key role and responsibilities-

• Recording of patient's vital signs and medical information
• Monitoring patients, record and reporting any symptoms of change.
• Performing routine procedures such as administering non- intravenous medications, taking blood pressures, and completing charts
• Administration of medications, monitoring them for potential reactions or side effects and reporting to the physician
• Creating and maintaining accurate, comprehensive healthcare records and reports of patients
• Working alongside Physicians and other healthcare professionals to create personalised treatment plans for patients.

Minimum requirements-

• NMC registered.
• Have at least 6 months NHS experience
• Valid DBS certificate
• Valid Right to work.
