Responsibilities Include:
- Demonstrated experience in psychiatric wards.
- Engaging with patients with complex needs, including mental health disorders, learning disabilities, and acute mental health conditions.
- Ability to work with both male and female patients.
- Proficiency in rehabilitation techniques.
Minimum Requirements:
- MAPA / PMVA training.
- Valid NMC PIN.
- A minimum of 6 months' experience working as an RMN within the UK.
