MSI Recruitment is seeking a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to support a community mental health service in Oxford. This role is available for an immediate start and offers a block booking opportunity, providing consistent shifts within an established community mental health team. The successful candidate will support service users within community settings, providing assessment, care planning and ongoing clinical support.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
• Develop and review patient care plans
• Provide community based mental health interventions
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Requirements
• NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse
• Previous experience within community mental health services
• Strong assessment and care planning skills
• Ability to work independently within community settings
