​MSI Recruitment is seeking an experienced Band 7 Community Psychiatric Nurse to support a community mental health service in London. This opportunity offers an immediate start with an ongoing block booking, providing stability and continuity of work. The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary community mental health team supporting service users with complex mental health needs. The role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, reviewing and managing care plans, and supporting patients within community settings to promote recovery and independence.

The position requires strong clinical decision making skills and the ability to work collaboratively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out advanced mental health assessments and risk assessments
• Develop and review complex care plans
• Provide clinical guidance within the multidisciplinary team
• Manage and monitor caseloads of service users in the community
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records

Requirements

• NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse
• Previous experience working at Band 7 level or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of community mental health practices
• Excellent communication and clinical decision making skills
