MSI Recruitment is recruiting a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to support a community mental health service in London. This role offers an immediate start and ongoing block booking, providing consistent work within an established community team. The successful candidate will work closely with patients experiencing a range of mental health conditions, providing community based assessments, care planning and ongoing support. The role will involve working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and effective treatment pathways. Community Psychiatric Nurses play an important role in supporting service users outside of hospital settings, helping individuals manage their conditions while living within their communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health and risk assessments
• Develop, implement and review patient care plans
• Support patients within community environments
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records

Requirements

• NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse
• Experience working within community mental health services
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently within community settings
